How hot is it outside? I had one do the same thing in hot weather. Once winter 
came around it started working again (kept it as a backup link).

I finally replaced mine but it ended up being heat related. Just like yours on 
a reboot it would work for while and then once it was running for a few minutes 
latency and packet loss with retrans.

ping times through this radio have gone to 200-400ms.  I'm not seeing the 
throughput that would cause this link to fill up.

A reboot on both ends drops the pings for a while, then they go back up within 
5 minutes.

Any ideas?
