Niall, The way we do it -- which lends heavily from the StoreFront demo -- is to set all our Datasources to use <@VAR domain$DSN> for the deployment setting (see the Properties sheet for any DB action). You just need to ensure that variable is populated correctly. You could in theory use (something like) <@INCLUDE "<@WEBROOT>..\DSN.INC"> also.
