Dan, IIRC, T2K for Windows shipped with a 2-User P.SQL 2000 Server Engine for NT/2000.
To see the licenses, use the User Count Administrator (Start | Programs | Pervasive | Utilities) at the server. That should show you what licenses (if any) are installed. I can't remember exactly how they shipped the license, but usually there's a floppy with the install CD that contains the license. The license file is always named UCMGR.KEY, which might aid your search. To install a license, you use the Add button in the User Count Administrator and point it to the location of the above file. In case it helps, I've attached a 10-User, 30-day trial license.
