DNS services do not come with XP pro, and Xp Pro can only run one true WEB server, WHY MS want you to pay for one of their real server salution!
DNSing can be done from outside sources, DNSedit.com I think ZoneEdit.com frist 5 domain are free for sure and there are a couple other's The 3 or 4 I have found myself all are straight forward and easy to setup.
