I just installed T2K and pulled out the license. The sections you are looking for is "Except as expressly authorized in this Agreement, You agree not to use, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, transfer, copy, reproduce, display, modify, create derivative works of, time share or dispose of the Software or Documentation or any part thereof." and "a limited nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, and revocable right to use the Software solely and strictly in accordance with the conditions and restrictions listed for the Edition". These terms are pretty much standard terms for any commercial software and the reason why you cannot legally auction second hand software. Below is just a snippet from the license which is what I think is most relevant to the question. By clicking on the accept radio button and installing the software you have agreed to these terms.
