Note that if you've been using build 065 of the server, you have, in a
sense, already made the switch, since this version of the server has
been preferring the cookie over the [search|post] ARGs. If your system
is working now (under 065), you should see little, if any, effect by
removing the USR ARGs.

If you are not running 065, you should upgrade before you do (I
recommend).
