Witango-Talk: Meta Redirect

I am trying to do a meta redirect and trying to pass some arguments 
along with it. I keep getting a 403 Permissions Error. I am not 
allowed to access / on the server.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or is there a work around for this???
