I, once again, agree with Gábor...
 
I think it is higly confusing for the user to have a user interface in two languages. That it bloats the MSI is true indeed, so maybe just making sure that this gets documented is the best thing to do.

I beg to differ. What you say is true about the general case but we have a single product here, an installer. It's a mere technicality, not important to the user at all, that different parts of the UI come from different sources. If I provide a localized installer with my program, I'd expect it to be in the same language and same style all around.

I added this requirement to the tutorial, anyway.
