I was trying to keep the external requirements of the build to a minimum.
In WiX v4, my plan was to use Simplified WiX to build the .zip files. I
wasn't going to worry about 3.x it is just working.
Although, if the community MSBuild tasks are attainable through a NuGet
package we could use that.
