I've noticed that because I only have Visual Studio 2012 Express installed,
I can't build the zips from wixrelease.proj (I can't install the VSSDK,
which means I can't get "Microsoft.VsSDK.Build.Tasks.dll" for the
"ZipItems" task).
This appears to be a community MSBuild tasks project that supports zipping
files with msbuild, and also appears to be available with nuget:

Should we switch the way our zips build to use their task?
