Hi,

There are no custom actions at all. And there's no rollback, because
components of the same feature - file based - are written to target folder. 
Registry entries with the same MSI are written to registry on WinXP, but not
on Vista.

I've never seen RegAddValue in the log and not gotten values in the 
registry. Are you sure there isn't a rollback or custom action that 
might delete them?
