Package GUID must change for every change to the package, which is why the
??? are commonly used. The Product GUID must change for a major upgrade
(that is what signals the major upgrade). Patches target a specific product
identified by that GUID.

The UpgradeCode GUID is used to define families of products and is used to
locate other versions of the same product.
