The SetProperty can be scheduled with the Before and After attributes. Although I used SetProperty in this example SetDirectory might be more appropriate (but it can't be scheduled), e.g.: <SetDirectory Id="DATALOCATION" Value="[WindowsVolume]My Data Folder"><![CDATA[DATALOCATION=""]]></SetDirectory>
