Has anyone ever had trouble runnning custom actions when Visual Studio isn't installed on a machine? I have done everything I can think of to make these work, and I am still getting the following error in my install log.
Any tips on things to check for as well as potential solutions would be greatly appreciated. I am running the Wix 3.0 RC2.
