I'm trying to launch an exe this way on windows Vista with UAC enabled. But the exe doesn't seems to be launching. Mine is a c# exe and I'm using an admin manifest to tell that it requires elevation. Shouldn't it show the UAC dialog with Allow and Cancel options upon launch??
