Thanks for your response. Earlier I had tried ..
<Directory Id="TARGETDIR" Name="SourceDir">
<Directory Id="ProgramFilesFolder">
<Directory Id="CompanyFolder" Name="My Company">
<Directory Id="INSTALLDIR" Name=".">
I was setting "INSTALLDIR" property to the directory of my choice.
Features w
<Feature Id="Feature1" ConfigurabaleDirectory="INSTALLDIR" ...>
...
</Feature>
<Feature Id="Feature2" ConfigurabaleDirectory="INSTALLDIR" ...
...
</Feature>
..As both features were going to the same directory.
I will try what you had suggested.
