Are you saying that you want to Move the Application already installed in Location X to Location Y with it still installed in X? If that's the case you can't as the MSI only supports Uninstalling Location X from the Control Panel, and reinstalling in Location Y, unless you allow multiple GUIDs, which I highly don't recommend. One way to accomplish part of your task is to write the Settings you need from Location X to a Configuration File in the %AppData% folder, and then include the config settings in the wix setup deployment
