Thanks for the suggestion John. I was really happy when i saw EnableFeatureSelection="yes" option. I am not able see its effect.
Now it seems to take bit tough turn for me. My Manager allotted me as a full resource on this IS-> WiX POC. ComPlus, windows services, MergeModules, C#,CPP n vbs CAs, VSExtension, and many more extension of WiX made us happy and the Awesome Bootstrapper ,just loved it. I will have to see his expression and reaction for this features selection news. But anyhow am new to WiX, i will make a way for CustomBA. But, can i collect back the feature state(installed/absent) so the i can display feature as a checkbox with checked if installed. Are they looking forward this feature in next release of WiX.Can we expect in future releases? feature selection in WixStdBA, instead of creating Custom BA.
