Guys are you sure you wanna remove that feature? This is what the freedeskop standard states about _NET_ACTIVE_WINDOW http://standards.freedesktop.org/wm-spec/1.3/ar01s03.html#id2522117
This would for example break pagers that sends the _NET_ACTIVE_WINDOW to change active windows if they are on different desktops. This seems like a bug in firefox more than anything... and if this change is made it should be optional I think.
