Sometimes I see this here too. Sometime ago I thought it's related to
the icons being in bigger resolution, like 256x256, and wmaker having
to shrink them into a 64x64 area. But never investigated any further
:-(
I think this is because the "original" icon is a SVG, but I haven't
investigated further either ...
