I had this problem with firefox as well. Manually adding
"AlwaysUserIcon = Yes" to WMWindowAttributes fixed this, but it looks
like the toggle button in the window inspector doesn't work.
It definitely used to work, so it is a regression, but I haven't had
time to bisect yet.
