No. But adding it manually in the Makefile.am

wmiv_LDADD = \
        $(top_builddir)/wrlib/libwraster.la \
        @XLFLAGS@ @XLIBS@ \
        @GFXLIBS@ -lpthread
        
makes it compile. But there must be a better way.
