I'm going to make a port for it soon'ish. All I had to do to build it
was ./configure --prefix=/usr/local ; make

FWIW, x11/docker works really well for this purpose, with the limitation
being that it can only hold 4 tray icons. That's not a problem for me,
but I understand it can be for others which is why I'm going to port
wmsystemtray.
