Test the Woden API support for the Description components and elements by
invoking each API method on instances of:
org.apache.woden.wsdl20.xml.TypesElement
org.apache.woden.wsdl20.ElementDeclaration
org.apache.woden.wsdl20.TypeDeclaration
The objective here is simply to test the Woden API. Complete functional tests
for types, element declarations and type definitions should be provided by the
W3C WSDL 2.0 Test Suite.
