Woden is currently failing several import/include tests in the WSDL test suite.
The tests include: Chameleon-2B, Description-1B, Import-2B, Import-4B,
Import-5B, Import-6B, Import-8B, Include-1B, Include-2B, Location-1B,
Location-2B, Location-3B, Location-4B, Location-5B, Location-6B, Location-7B.
The failures may be due to incorrect validation logic in Woden or incorrectly
marked assertion failures in the test suite.
