Re the previous comment, I meant to say disconnected from the network AND
without any JVM system properties set for the catalog and base URI when I ran
ANT (i.e. the namespace-only import in testcase SparqlQuery-1G must have been
resolved via the catalog successfully due to the ValidateWSDL20 properties set
via your build.xml change).
