Spec issue CR143 has changed the name of the transfer coding property in the
HTTP binding extensions to content encoding. Woden must be modified
accordingly. This affect the binding, binding operation and binding message
reference APIs.
Binding and BindingOperation -
whttp:transferCodingDefault becomes whttp:contentEncodingDefault
{http transfer coding default} becomes {http content encoding default}
BindingMessageReference -
whttp:transferCoding becomes whttp:contentEncoding
{http transfer coding} becomes {http content encoding}
