Description: This method is needed to simplify the retrieval of the
interface message reference element associated with a binding msg ref. Without
it, the mapping rules defined in the WSDL 2.0 spec would need to be applied via
the API to retrieve the interface msg ref. Other binding-related elements
already have similar methods to retrieve the associated interface-related
