In fact a snapshot was published on 28/Aug to that place. So, I think the publish from the continuum build is still working! I just looked at:
http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository/ and there is a notice there to say that there is a new snapshot repository. I think we should probably move to the new one.
