Hi Sagara,
I believe you just need to include the 'deploy' life cycle phase when
running mvn.
mvn deploy
This will pick up the distributionManagement section of the pom.xml
<distributionManagement>
<snapshotRepository>
<id>apache.snapshots</id>
<name>Apache Snapshot Repository</name>
<url>scpexe://people.apache.org/www/people.apache.org/repo/m2-snapshot-repository</url>
<uniqueVersion>false</uniqueVersion>
</snapshotRepository>
</distributionManagement>
and publish up to that repo.
