Sending to board and legal-internal as I'm not sure who can answer this... I know CCLAs and ICLAs are processed in batches, normally I would wait a little longer before asking, but we are trying to organise a meetup in London in just a few weeks and this is being held up by CCLAs. We would like to use the Apache Wookie (Incubating) name in advertising, incubator rules say we can't do that until the code is in SVN, but we can't put the code in SVN because the CCLA has not been recorded yet. I am told it was sent mid last week so I assume it is waiting for the next batch job.
Is there any chance that someone can take a look to see if the CCLA from the University of Bolton has been received and, if it has, can I please authorise the project to use the Apache name in their publicity prior to the CCLA being recorded in SVN (note, I have cleared the use of the brand with PRC and Concom already).
