Last week Scott indicated that the CCLA from Bolton had been sent. However, it has not been recieved in the ASF offices. Paul Sharples ICLA has been recieve, so we are only missing the CCLA now.
Can you please confirm how the CCLA was submitted. I assumed fax, but perhaps it was posted and is now winging its way to the US. If we want to speed things up and get approval to use the Apache name in the meetup advertising I suggest the CCLA is resent by fax and you let me know the exact time it is sent to that I can ask the sectretary to notify me when it is recieved.
