In my opinion, we need to keep one single discussion list. Splitting dev
and users at this stage of incubation would be an error because early
stage users are definitely advanced users and potential contributors
(and ultimately committers), and the amount of mail really doesn't
mandate it.
But I would separate discussion and commit messages, because they're not
of the same nature (commit mails are a by-product of developer activity,
and some commit a lot rarely and other a small bit very often) and can
make following conversations quite difficult.
