On http://wpkg.org it states "work with Windows 9x, Me, 2000, XP Pro/Home and 2003 clients," but based on info elsewhere and on my experience, that is incorrect. Doesn't wpkg require Windows 2000? For example, Windows 95, WSH 5.6, and wpkg 0.9.2 aborts with the error:

   Could not create object named "WScript.Network"
