wpkg: /query:s
Generate a report of the status of the system compared to what it
should be.
Thus if wpkg /query:s for the above system would read something like
Status report for COMPUTERNAME
Profile BIOLAB
Packages Profile Inst Date
MSWord Y I 11-02-2006 Ok
GeneSplice7 Y IF 12-03-2006 Inst Exit Code 3
Microbe2 Y IF 12-03-2006 Check Reg failed
Firefox Y U 10-02-2006 Ok
Cygwin N RF 12-03-2006 Check File failed.
So the above report says that for the package GeneSplice 7 wpkg last
tried to install it on the 3rd of December, and the install command
exited with code 3. Firefox, according the the profile was supposed
to be upgraded, and it succeeded. Microbe 2 seemed to install ok, but
the registry check afterward didn't work. Cygwin was supposed to be
removed, but the remove failed.
