So the above report says that for the package GeneSplice 7 wpkg last
tried to install it on the 3rd of December, and the install command
exited with code 3. Firefox, according the the profile was supposed to
be upgraded, and it succeeded. Microbe 2 seemed to install ok, but the
registry check afterward didn't work. Cygwin was supposed to be
removed, but the remove failed.
To make this work, first, WPKG would have to report the installation
date to wpkg.xml (which it currently doesn't).
It would be a nice feature of course.
