Verified. Works.
Just write a wpkg.js-launcher batch script which sets the required parameters
before starting WPKG.js. WPKG-GUI allows you to set variables as well.
Additionally you might define variables on host and/or profile level:
<host ...>
<variable name='LANG' value='enu' />
</host>
<profile ...>
<variable name='LANG' value='deu' />
</profile>
