This is addressed within the upcoming wpkg-redesign (see Bug 79). Dependencies
are installed before the package which depends on it. Additionally if a
dependency fails to install also the "parent" package will be skipped.
Setting to fixed. Please re-open if wpkg-redesign does not fix it for you.
