As I used to say: Intelligent people think, and therefore they change their
mind.
So let me think about the locations where I have to implement it. Basically it
should be quite easy since all reads of the package ID attribute is done via
getPackageID(packageNode). So I will adapt this.
I will add a changed version to Bug 79 as well.
