I set up a specific user account called WS_FTP which I use to start the service. It still doesn’t show the users from the directory. I even tried using the domain\Administrator to start the service. I know there are issues with certain setting in the security to allow the users to be populated from the AD into the WSFTP Manager, and right now it is telling me that it cannot start the service due to not being able to login to the machine properly.   Is there any documentation for the 2003./AD scenario?
