This looks to generated from Outlook Express - it hasn't been sent by a list member.
(The guidelines http://webstandardsgroup.org/mail/guidelines.cfm suggest that everyone uses plain text to send email.)
You may also be having some trouble rendering the messages with the mail client you seem to be using -- Netscape Navigator Version 2.02 (running on OS/2) Mozilla/2.02 (OS/2; I)

Reasonable clients should render the text part of the email only (Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1") if that is how you have it set up.
