I take it you didn't try to validate? If you did, you probably would have found the extra quotation mark in the <link/>. That might solve your problem with the @-rule being ignored.

If that doesn't solve the problem, copy and paste the links and @-rules you're using to your message.

You should realize that while people here are very happy to help, they don't want it for you. By not running a page first through the validator, you're basically saying to people "I'm too lazy to do my own work; you do it for me."
