Hi Lyn, I really like the color scheme and navigation! Excellent use of white space.
My only suggestions would be to export what appears to be a backgound image as a jpg because it's a gradient and if you look close enough you'll notice that it's producing a banding effect (ripples), which detracts from it's appeal. Also, the "Welcome" text looks amateurish, and centering the first and last paragraphs under the "Welcome" text looks awkward. Nice Job!
