Can I get some opinions on the practice of hiding link targets? When I hover near the sponsored links in <http://www.uniformserver.com/> the target of the link doesn't appear in the status bar.
I'm not really complaining about this particular site, but I tried something similar a while ago, with a bit of Javascript, and then realised it might be construed as concealing something from the surfer. I found it irritating that a link could take me to somewhere I don't want to go.
