Ludicrous! I see the point, obviously, but really!!!
Accessibility sometimes involves judgement calls. No one is forcing
you to not use "Buy Now" 20 times, on 20 different links. But you can
use:
Buy Machester Kiss now
Buy Manchester Hug now
