Bzzzt - wrong answer -- the is meaningless.
Meaningless under certain definitions but completely harmless. Besides,
an empty cell is already meaningless. Attack the very notion if you're
truly concerned about a semantic table.
In any case it's certainly unambiguous and processable by csv.
