are you using?
in any case, I don't think it really matters.

Let's get back on topic.

Matt, your initial question was:

I'd say you have two choices: tables or CSS (or both).

Most people will advise against you using tables for layout. However,
if you do use them... don't nest them and don't use any markup that
will identify them as tabular data - unless it is.
