Transcribing an email address is more effect then a lot of people are willing to make. It's a good way to lose useful feedback.
but it can't be botted ( AFAIK ) and is ultra accessible.
OCR and voice recognition software exists, if the both author can be bothered to use it.
It isn't accessible to users who can't handle the image or sound (e.g. braille users without speakers).
