I have underlines in safari as well on a Mac, so perhaps it is not an IE7 issue?

It could be either caused by an ancestor class, or a duplicate of the same 
class further down your stylesheet that doesn't have the decoration declaration.

Can you post the CSS for the class that handles these links?
