If I turnoff the computer for 12 or 24 hours, the internal clock is too poor to maintain the time. So an error of 100 mS is normal and will be corrected in short time but will never be perfect. Few and rare machines that I tested for experiment has an internal clock that avoid this initials errors and a lot of drift. The common chip-sets are not capable to maintain a few mS in all condictions.
